This Privacy Policy explains how Zentrix Kitchens ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit our online store or buy from us. We process personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Who is responsible for your information
Zentrix Kitchens is the responsible party for personal information processed through this store. We operate from South Africa and can be contacted at support@zentrixonline.co.za.
What we collect
- Order and contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses.
- Order information: the products you buy, order value, delivery method and order history.
- Payment information: payments are processed securely by Shopify's checkout and its payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Device and usage information: such as your IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications: messages you send us, for example support emails or contact form submissions.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
- To communicate with you about your order and reply to your questions.
- To keep our store secure and prevent fraud.
- To improve our store and products.
- To send marketing emails, but only where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email.
We process your information where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, to comply with the law, for our legitimate interests (such as keeping the store secure), or with your consent.

Children
Our store is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
