Where we deliver: South Africa only.

Delivery rates

• Orders under R1,000: R99 standard courier delivery.
• Orders of R1,000 and over: FREE delivery.

Processing and delivery times

• Delivery takes 8–11 business days to addresses in South Africa.
• - Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Courier and tracking

• Parcels are delivered door-to-door by courier.
• - You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Address issues

• Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed deliveries, we may charge re-delivery at cost.
