Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Change of mind
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all parts included.
- - Email support@zentrixonline.co.za with your order number to start a return. We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- - Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
- - Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original delivery fees are not refunded.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem.
- - We'll replace the item or give you a full refund (including delivery) - your choice - and cover return shipping where a return is needed.
Bundles
- You can return a full bundle, or part of a bundle. Partial returns are refunded at the per-unit bundle price you paid.
Not returnable
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging (unless faulty).
Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act are not affected by this policy.
