The problem

The solution
This set turns the fiddly part into a 10-second job: peel in the silicone tube, rock-crush with the stainless rocker, scrape into the pan. Your hands stay cleaner and the knife stays in the block.
Pop a few cloves into the silicone peeler, press and roll it on the counter. Tip out the peeled cloves.
Place the rocker over the peeled cloves, press down and rock side to side until crushed.
Scrape or tip the crushed garlic into your pan. Rinse the rocker and peeler and dry.
